Who prepares the packages?
Each shipment is carefully prepared by our small team in the Swiss mountains. Packaging is thoughtful, minimal, and true to the artisanal spirit of Musarthis.

When will my package be shipped?
Shipments take place about 2 to 3 weeks after the closing of pre-orders. This timeframe ensures quality production, carried out without haste.

How can I track my package?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, if you have chosen a tracked delivery option.

Can I choose tracked or untracked shipping?
Yes. During checkout, several options are available depending on the weight, destination, and level of security desired.

What if my package does not arrive?
Please write to us at contact@musarthis.ch.
If your shipment included tracking, we will open an inquiry with the carrier. In case of confirmed loss, a personalised solution will be offered.

Do you deliver to pick-up points?
At present, Musarthis primarily delivers to mailboxes. Certain special or limited editions may include pick-up point options, which will be specified at checkout.

Are your packages ecological?
As much as possible. We use simple, recyclable or reusable packaging materials. No unnecessary plastic wrapping is ever used.

When will I receive my copy?

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Musarthis can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Are customs fees included?
Any customs duties, VAT or import taxes are not covered by Musarthis and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Each country applies its own regulations.

Can I offer Musarthis as a gift to someone else?
Yes. Simply indicate the recipient’s address at the time of ordering. You may also write to us to include a personalised message.

What is the quality of the edition?
Each copy is printed on carefully selected paper, in a Swiss workshop. The print run is limited. The format and finishes are designed to offer a sensory, intimate and elegant reading experience.

In which language is Musarthis printed?
The editions are in French. Some issues are also bilingual or trilingual, depending on the publication. This information is always specified on the presentation page of each issue.
